The South Portland Economic Development Committee has launched a new resident survey designed to guide the city’s future economic development plan.

The Economic Development Committee is responsible for preparing the city’s new economic development plan, which will be shaped by resident input, as well as the city’s goals for smart growth and employment. All survey responses will be confidential and only summary data will be reported to the Economic Development Committee and the public.

In addition to the survey, the Economic Development Committee will also be conducting two community workshops this fall to gain additional input.
