Schoolhouse Arts Center on Route 114 in Standish is performing ‘Annie Get Your Gun,’ a musical about the rocky romance between Buffalo Bill’s Wild West sharpshooters Annie Oakley and Frank Butler, from Friday, July 9, through Sunday, Aug. 2.

America’s beloved Broadway composer, Irving Berlin’s score contains the hit songs “Doin’ What Comes Natur’lly,” “Anything You Can Do,” and the stage performer’s theme song, “There’s No Business Like Show Business.” As one song from the show tells us, “They Say It’s Wonderful” and you’re sure to agree after experiencing the show.

The musical is being directed by Rob Juergens of Windham. Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and at 5 p.m. on Sundays. Adult tickets will be $18. Seniors and students are $16. Visit www.schoolhousearts.org for more information or contact the Schoolhouse Arts Center at schoolhousearts@gmail.com.
