SPRINGVALE — William Lester Powell, 70, died on Sunday, June 21. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 25 at noon at Carll-Heald & Black Funeral home, 580 Main St., Springvale where friends and relatives may call one hour prior to service. Interment with military honors will follow at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale.
