Fuego Diable hosting yard sale/flea market
Fuego Diablo, 52 Loring Lane, will host its second Car Boot Sale on Saturday, June 27, from 8 a.m.-noon.
A much-loved British tradition, the event is part yard sale, part flea market and part festival. Participants load up their car, including a table, and park on Fuego Diabo’s lawn with other sellers. It’s like a multi-family yard sale in some else’s yard. Decorations and creativity are encouraged to lure in shoppers.
Fuego Diablo will be selling pulled pork sandwiches, fresh baked goods and hot sauce, along with free-range art. Artists and craftspeople are invited to participate, as are busking musicians.
Cost is $10 to secure a spot. Buskers can perform for free. For more information, contact Jamie and Wren Pearson at 408-3185 or for updates see www.facebook.com/fuegodiablopownal.
