BIDDEFORD — Clement R. Breault, 85, of Biddeford, died Friday, May 29, 2015 at Freeport Nursing Home.

He was born to Willie and Albina (Belleville) Breault on Sept. 3, 1929 in Paquetteville, Quebec, Canada. He was educated in Canada.

He worked for a few years in Canada before moving to Vermont in 1958. He started as a foreman in Canaan, Vermont for two years and then went to Newport Rocker Chair Manufacturing in Newport, Vermont for six years. He then moved to the Biddeford area in the early 1960s, first working at Saco Tanning for four years. He then went to Snider Foods of Biddeford for 15 years. He finished his working career with Pepperell Manufacturing Co., where he worked for three years until his retirement in 1992.

Clement loved gardening and farming.

He is preceded in death by: a daughter, Estelle Breault; and two brothers, Roland and Albert Breault.

Clement is survived by: three sons, Jean Guy Breault of Biddeford, Rosaire Breault of Biddeford, and Luc Breault of Biddeford; a daughter, Lucie Breault of Waterville; two brothers, Germain Breault of St. Albans, Vermont, and Alcide Breault of Newport, Vermont; three sisters, Carmen Boutin of Coaticook, Quebec, Canada, Gracia Boutin of Coaticook, Quebec, Canada, and Gisele Caron of Westford, Vermont; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, June 5 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm Street, Biddeford, ME 04005.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 6 at St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
