BATH

Fans of the timeless music of The Moody Blues will not want to miss the cover band Sojourn perform at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the Chocolate Church Arts Center. The musicians of Sojourn, who span two decades in age, will recreate classic sounds from “Nights In White Satin” to “Your Wildest Dreams” during their show.

Sojourn entertains audiences with The Moody Blues music that is so unique and instantly identifiable.

“We have all loved this music since we first heard it, in whatever decade that might have been,” keyboardist Mark McNeil explaind. “Much to our delight, we found that there is a tremendous demand out there to hear it… but unlike other popular bands such as the Beatles, who boast many cover bands in every region, no one in this part of the country is doing what we are, playing Moody Blues music exclusively, and with a very authentic sound.”

Sojourn is made up of Chris Doehne of Yarmouth, Jerry Perron of Brunswick, Parker Kenyon of Harpswell, Lee Robinson of Warren and Mark McNeil of West Bath.

SOJOURN will perform at the Chocolate Church Arts Center, located at 804 Washington Street in Bath tonight only. Tickets are $10 advance and $14 door and are available online at chocolatechurcharts.org or by calling the box office 442-8455.
