BATH — Barbara Hodgdon Burr, age 94, died on Monday, May 4, 2015, in her residence at Hill House Assisted Living in Bath.

She was born on Jan. 28, 1921, in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Edward and Pauline MacPherson Hodgdon. She was employed as an executive secretary for IBM and GTE while living in Connecticut. She moved to the area in 1985. She had been an active volunteer for some time at Parkview Memorial Hospital.

She was predeceased by her two sons, John Burr and Ted Burr.
