Terrorists do their deeds because they want a lot of publicity for their cause.

If all major news media were to agree not to speak about their crimes, not give them any attention at all, terrorists would probably stop very soon.

In French, when you go to a concert, “On assiste a un concert,” i.e. we “help out at the concert.”

We help the terrorists by watching the news on terror ”“ we put our fingers on the trigger.

We could at least boycott the news on terrorists or use the mute button.
