BIDDEFORD — James Peter Boutet, 59, of Biddeford, passed away early Saturday morning on March 28, 2015 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.
He was born in Biddeford on March 11, 1956, a son of Edmund and Rachel (Danis) Boutet. He graduated from Thornton Academy, class of 1974.
Jimmy owned and operated Jim’s Auto Salvage in Old Orchard Beach for 30 years.
He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed crossword puzzles. He had a great love for his dogs.
He is preceded in death by: his brother, David Boutet, on April 13, 2013.
He is survived by: his parents, Edmund and Rachel Boutet; his wife, Celia (Albee) Boutet; three daughters, Kayla Andrews and her husband Frank, Annie Rice and her wife Mina, and Melissa Witek and her husband Stephen; two grandsons, Charlie and Damian; one niece, Delaina; and his lifelong friend, Larry Owens.
Visiting hours will be from 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, March 31 at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James St., Saco.
A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 1, at Cote Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco.
