SINGER-SONGWRITER JUD CASWELL will lead the service at the Midcoast Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on Sunday, March 29, with a reflection on “Creativity, Spirituality and the UU Experience.” The Fellowship meets at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday in the Porter Meeting Hall at Skidompha Library, Damariscotta, and welcomes all who may be seeking a new spiritual path or just a place to feel welcomed. A multi-instrumentalist, he leads a monthly songwriting circle and musical story hours at area libraries. One of his compositions, “Blueberry Time,” is used by the famous Berklee School of Music in Boston as a teaching tool. It is also the name of one of his albums. A resident of Brunswick and active member of the UU Church, Caswell also runs Frog Hollow Studio. He has been featured on every Monday night during the summer at the Seagull Shop & Restaurant in Pemaquid and a few times a year at King Eiders in Damariscotta.
