HUDSON, N.H. — Kelsey Hallowell and Evan Hagan, both of Hudson, N.H., wish to announce their engagement.

Hallowell, daughter of Holly and Brian Hallowell of Mount Vernon, is a 2007 graduate of Morse High School and 2013 graduate of Valdosta State University. She works as a speech language pathologist at Elliot Hospital.

Hagan, son of Tom and Sue Hagan of Cumberland, R.I., is a 2007 graduate of Mount Saint Charles Academy and 2011 graduate of Western New England University. He works as a electrical engineer at Raytheon.

Their wedding is planned for Sept. 10, 2016, in Jackson, N.H.
