Stan Scribner, head diamond setter at Cross Jewelers, works at his bench Dec 17. He started working as an apprentice at Cross Jewelers 42 years ago as a junior in high school. He says he does it for the pleasure of building. "When It's all done you have something to look at, something you can be proud of," he said.
