Lisbon High School has several events coming up in January. Their winter concert will take place Thursday, January 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the LCS Gymnasium, 33 Mill Street, in Lisbon. (Snow date: January 22) Admission is $1 per person or $5 per family.
The Music Boosters Association will hold a Bean Supper on Friday, January 30, from 4:30 – 7 p.m. in the Philip W. Sugg Middle School Cafeteria, 4 Sugg Drive, Lisbon Falls. $7 per adult, $4 per child. All proceeds benefit the LMBA Summer Music Camp Scholarship fund.
And on January 31, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., the Music Department will hold a mattress fundraiser sale at the LHS Gymnasium, 2 Sugg Drive, Lisbon Falls. Quality brand name mattresses are 30-60 percent off retail. All sizes and many styles available, including pillow-top, orthopedic, latex, memory foam and gel beds. All mattresses are brand new and come with a factory warranty. Over 20 models to choose from. Free local delivery or $50 off purchase if you pick up. Proceeds benefit the Lisbon School Music Program.
