LOWELL, MA — Becky S. “Mimi” (Young) Hartog, 62, of Lowell, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Stephen Hartog, whom she married in November of 1981, and re-married in March of 1989.
Born on March 22, 1952, in Brunswick, Maine, she was a daughter of the late Herbert and the late Clintona (Warren) Young and grew up and was educated in Brunswick, Maine.
Becky was the state gymnastic champion and a choreographer. She worked as a bank teller in Brunswick, Maine, but her primary job was as a choreographer for an entertainment company. She loved music and the New England Patriots. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Stephen, she is survived by her children, Randy Saindon and his wife, Emily, of Dracut, MA, Staci Turner and her husband, Stacy, of South China, ME, and Matthew Saindon of Lowell; her grandchildren, Chad Turner and Haylea Turner, both of South China, ME, and Fayona Prupis of Linvingston, NJ, and Nolan and Connor Saindon, both of Dracut. She is also survived by her brother, Teddy Young and his wife, Eileen, of Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
She was also a sister of the late Robert Young, the late Terry Young, and the late Peter Young.
