Let’s talk about the failure and dire consequences of our horrific immigration policies.

If the U.S. keeps on pace with its failed immigration policies, it is estimated that there will be over 438 million people in this country by 2050, up from the current 320 million. That increased 138 million people is equal to doubling the population of America’s 35 largest cities.

As an example of the results of these policies, illegal aliens are pretty much overrunning California at an astounding rate of over 1,600 per day, every day, 365 days a year. It is expected that an additional 20 million will assault that state over the next 30 years. California is already facing a severe drought with its current population, so how does it figure that an additional 20 million people is going to make the water shortage, which, by the way, seems to be unsolvable, any better? At this rate, California could become America’s first Third World state.

Aside from the economics of the immigration problem, there is a deeper issue. If our country continues to open its doors to illiterate immigrants from failed cultures there will be ethnic consequences to pay. Currently there are immigrants from 140 different countries in the U.S. many of whom do not speak English and may have no intention of ever learning our language. They prefer to remain separate. This transforms into a chaotic multilingual society which places tremendous pressure on our schools and businesses as they try to educate and assimilate these immigrants.

The consequence of keeping our borders open is staring at us in the face. Look at what has happened in Europe. The cultures in Norway and Sweden have been destroyed a few years after allowing a flood of Muslims into their countries. London and Paris are basically split cities with the Muslim population exploding. Soon, Belgium and Holland will find themselves with the same challenges. There are over nine million refugees from Haiti, Sudan, and Somalia looking to America to take them in.

So we come to Obama’s promise of amnesty for, initially 5 or 6 million illegals, but ultimately, as many as 35 million. He threatens to bypass the Constitution (again) and wield his much-abused executive orders. The question has to be asked: ”˜Is our President deliberately trying to destroy America’s cultural heritage’? The easiest way to do this is to encourage the continuing assault on our country by illegals by granting amnesty ”“ as Obama would like to do.

The history of encouraging a multicultural and multiethnic population goes back to 1965 when Sens. Ted Kennedy and Howard Metzenbaum proposed and passed a law that allowed immigrants into our country at an alarming rate of 1.2 million people per year (up from the more controllable 175,00). So the floodgates were opened and continue to be opened, because within the past year, our Congress increased legal immigration to 2 million per year which doesn’t include the 700,000 illegals that enter our country each year.

Water, pollution, and exhausted resources cannot sustain this kind of immigration onslaught. If we allow the President and Congress to ignore, or even worse, add to this huge problem, the U.S will become the victim of its own, self-inflicted destiny. By 2050, America will essentially become one of those Third World countries that our children and grandchildren will be studying in school next week.
