He took pride in his work as a carpenter and enjoyed time in Florida plying his trade, as well as volunteering his services after the devastation of Hurricane Andrew. When he wasn’t tinkering on a small engine, he was intricately building model cars.
Surviving him is his son, Matthew, of Lewiston, Maine. Also surviving are a sister, Rachel, of Bath, Maine, a brother, Raymond, of Bowdoin, Maine, a sister, Elizabeth, of Lovell, Maine, and many nieces and nephews.
Chris is predeceased by his mother and father, and his nephew, Keith.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bath Foursquare Church. The Pastor Chuck Eanes will officiate. A reception will follow at the same location.
