TOPSHAM — On Saturday, Nov. 8, from 1 – 3pm, Topsham Public Library will hold a reception and reading in the Highlands Community Room at Topsham Public Library to celebrate the culmination of our annual Joy of the Pen writing competition. Prizes will be awarded for fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction and teen.
Winners will be invited to read at the reception and their work will feature in the Joy of the Pen online literary journal: http://joyofthepenattpl. wordpress.co m/. Refreshments will be served. All entrants are warmly invited to celebrate the second year of Joy of the Pen. As always, our programs are free and open to the public.
