CUMBERLAND — Jocelyn Mitiguy and Izzy Hutnak each had a goal and an assist, and top-seeded Greely shut out fourth-seeded Erskine Academy 3-0 in a Western Class B girls’ soccer semifinal Saturday.
Greely (13-2-1) scored the only goal of the first half when Hutnak took a pass from Mitiguy and drilled an 18-yarder short to the right of the keeper.
Mitiguy scored with an assist from Hutnak in the second half, and Ellie Schad put in a rebound to widen the margin against the Eagles (9-4-3).
MT. ARARAT 5, BANGOR 0: The fifth-seeded Eagles (10-4-2) pulled away with four goals in the second half to upset the top-seeded Rams (13-1-2) in an Eastern Class A semifinal at Bangor.
Ronni Pelletier scored the only goal of the first half, and Erin Tome struck twice in a six-minute span of the second half as the Eagles avenged a loss to Bangor in last year’s regional final. Libby Ouellette and Kaitlin Volk each added an insurance goal.
Mt. Ararat will play for the regional title Wednesday at No. 2 Edward Little.
EDWARD LITTLE 3, BRUNSWICK 1: Emily Jacques scored twice and the second-seeded Red Eddies (12-1-3) beat the third-seeded Dragons (11-3-2) in an Eastern Class A semifinal at Auburn.
Edward Little opened a 2-0 halftime lead on goals by Jacques and Olivia Paione. Jacques made it 3-0 before Kira Wolpow scored for Brunswick with about six minutes remaining.

OAK HILL 7, MARANACOOK 6: Kyle Flaherty scored on a 2-yard run late in the third quarter and Adam Merrill made the extra point as the third-seeded Raiders (8-1) survived an upset bid by the sixth-seeded Black Bears (3-5) in a Western Class D quarterfinals at Wales.
