Paul LePage threatening to blow up a newspaper is not a governor of character, it is someone who is in of need help. In a relationship, it would be considered abusive. What if a teacher talked to a student like that?

LePage chose to negate his duties by not attending the New England Governors (all Democrats) to discuss the drug problem as people die.

His ads run on welfare reform, yet he hired a company for $1 million to find fraud, and yet was fraudulent themselves. Ads spew savings of $2 million from fraudulence minus $1 million in LePage fraud, and how many man hours to find bad, poor people? DHHS resources to protect children were diverted at what human cost? He could have led and fed his constituents. Veterans, children, elderly, disabled and the working poor are trying to exist on SNAP.

Is that all you have, Governor?

Don’t fear progressive thoughts; eventually, it becomes our way of life.

Once thought not worthy of your station in life, gender or ethnicity, it was Democrats who fought for: women’s and minorities’ right to vote, Social Security, workers rights, unemployment benefits, health care and child labor laws. To forgo work and educate all our children is the best residual reimbursement to our society ”“ everlastingly.

It’s not “me, the people,” it is “we, the people.” Inclusion, not exclusion, that all are created equal, is the constitutional premise.

Mike Michaud worked in paper mills and saw an injustice to our waterways and stood up to the corporations who employed him to facilitate change, and was a triumph for Maine.

Michaud has prevailed for the benefit of all Maine people. Michaud will continue to work for the betterment of Maine with your vote Tuesday, Nov. 4.
