I have known and worked with Martin Grohman since 2010, when he supported me in my own campaign for state representative. Now that I’m finishing my second term in the Legislature, I am strongly supporting Marty as he runs for election for House District 12.
With his balance of business background and dedication to represent Biddeford’s families, I know he’s just the kind of person we need in Augusta. Plus, as chair of the Solid Waste Commission, he’s helped with the zero-sort recycling programs that saved our city $230,000 this year. He’s also helped to implement that same Zero Sort program throughout our schools, further reducing the waste stream and helping save even more money.
I know Marty is the right choice to serve the people of Biddeford. He will not be afraid to propose bold and innovative solutions that protect the taxpayer, while continuing to provide services more efficiently and with less cost. He will be a strong supporter of Biddeford’s schools, stop the state from forcing property taxes higher, work to keep seniors in their homes, and advocate for expanded access to health and dental care for all Mainers.
After four years serving in the Legislature, I know Martin Grohman will be an excellent state representative. Marty will work hard, listen to his constituents and represent Biddeford proudly in Augusta.
