BRUNSWICK — The Center Stage Players constitute The Theater Project’s ensemble of actors 55 or older, who produce their works as reader’s theater. “I Hope I’m Not Crowding You” features a potpourri of contemporary theater done as staged readings, script in hand. A cast of eleven actors perform the six plays that comprise this offering, dealing with themes of friendship, illness, confusion, frustration and animal rights, often with a rich dose of humor, and some adult language. The cast includes Millie Ackley, Sybil Baker, Whitney Blair, Marcia Clayton, Ann Cort, Earl Inman, Patricia Johnson, Bill and Jean Konzal, George Phipps and Diana Wells.
The show is directed by Theater Project founder and Artistic Director Al Miller. “I Hope I’m Not Crowding You” will be performed at The Theater Project on Saturday and Sunday, October 18 and 19, at 2 p.m. both days. Tickets to Theater Project performances are always Pay-What-You-Want, with a suggested price of $5 for this show. Tickets are available online anytime at www.theaterproject.com, or by calling the box office at 729-8584. The Theater Project is located at 14 School Street in Brunswick.
