Prisca (Drapeau) Fortin, 87, of South Glastonbury and formerly Bloomfield, CT, beloved wife for 61 years of Victor L. Fortin, M.D., passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 6, 2014. Born in Brunswick, ME, on Aug. 26, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Conrad and Yolande (Rousseau) Drapeau.

While living in Bloomfield, she was actively involved at Sacred Heart Church. In addition to her loving husband Victor, Prisca will be dearly missed by two sons, a daughter-inlaw, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a sister. She was predeceased by a brother.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday (Oct. 10) at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 51 Freestone Ave., Portland. Burial followed in Holy Cross Cemetery, Glastonbury. There were no calling hours.
