BRUNSWICK — John D. Sewall, son of Frances L. (Corson) and Thomas A. Sewall Jr., died Oct. 7, 2014, of complications after surgery at Maine Medical Center.

Born June 25, 1953, he attended local schools and graduated from Brunswick High School in 1970. Later in life, he married Jennifer Sprague and had two sons, Joshua and Justin, all of whom he loved very much.

He is survived by his two sons Joshua and Justin Sewall, two sisters and three brothers, as well as many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed.

There will be no service.

A private gathering will be held at a later date.

Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association.
