The governor is the most important person in our state’s political system. So doesn’t it makes sense to elect the most intelligent and competent candidate, who has a firm command of the most important issues currently facing Maine?
When I examine the records of all three candidates and listen to them speak, it is clear that Eliot Cutler is the superior candidate.
Cutler’s candidacy reminds me of a time when we felt proud of our political leadership – when we felt proud of politicians like Edmund Muskie, Kenneth Curtis and Angus King, who lead from the middle.
I support Eliot Cutler because I believe he is the only candidate capable of leading us forward and reviving Maine’s economy.
Let’s continue Maine’s proud tradition of electing independent leaders. This November, let’s elect independent candidate Eliot Cutler.
