PHIPPSBURG — Felicia Elizabeth Hart and Samuel Chester Russell IV, both of Phippsburg, wish to announce their engagement.

Hart, daughter of Richard and Catherine Hart of West Bath, is a 2007 graduate of Morse High School and 2010 graduate of Southern Maine Community College. She works at Hair Creation’s.

Russell, son of Catherine and Samuel Russell III of West Bath, is a 2007 graduate of Morse High School and a 2009 graduate of McIntosh College. He works at Bath Iron Works.

Their wedding is planned for June 27, 2015.
