The Portland Press Herald and WCSH-TV will host a forum on November’s statewide referendum on bear-hunting practices. Representatives from the Yes on 1 and the No on 1 campaigns will field questions from Portland Press Herald outdoors reporter Deirdre Fleming and News Center reporter Bill Green. The taped forum will be aired at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14, on WCSH (Ch. 6) in Portland and WLBZ (Ch. 2) in Bangor.
