I was very disappointed to see that congressman Mike Michaud has apparently fabricated a newspaper headline in his recent television advertisement in his campaign for governor. That the headline comes from his own news release but he makes it appear to come from a newspaper is very deceptive.

It seems to me that this says a lot about Michaud’s career in politics. The congressman must not have accomplished very much if he has to mislead us in order to talk about his accomplishments.

What makes it worse is that these questionable ads seem to be a recurring theme with Mr. Michaud when, from what I have seen, his opponents haven’t been criticized for their ads!
