LYMAN — Patricia Rosemary Libby, 75, died peacefully at her home in Lyman on Friday, July 4, 2014.
She was born on Dec. 18, 1938 in Long Island, New York, the daughter of Willis Walsh and Rosemary Traynor. She and her family relocated to South Portland.
Patricia graduated from Cathedral school in Portland.
Patricia worked with her family at the South Portland Shipyard, where she met her husband, Linwood Libby. She later went on to work for the Maine Turnpike Authority as a toll collector at the Scarborough, York and airport exit for 22 years.
Patricia has been a resident of Lyman since 1977.
Patricia trained German shepherds and traveled with them all over the Northeast.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by: her husband, Linwood of Lyman; and her daughter, Denise Libby of Old Orchard Beach.
