CLAREMONT, NH — Gail A. Colpas, 65, of Lonsdale Avenue in Claremont, NH, died Sunday, June 29, 2014, at her home following a brief illness. She was born in Bremerton, WA, on May 17, 1949, the daughter of Walter and Barbara J. (Clough) Longley and had been a longtime Claremont resident.

Gail had been employed by the State of NH in the DCYF Division for 25 years. She enjoyed camping and swimming but her true passion was her grandchildren. Members of her family include her husband, Donald Colpas, Claremont, NH; her father, Walter Longley, Litchfield, ME; two sons, Rick Sabalewski and his wife, Sarah, Claremont, NH; Scott Sabalewski,

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9 at Roy Funeral Home, 93 Sullivan St., Claremont, NH, with the Rev. Priscilla Hull officiating. Friends may call at the funeral Home on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the time of services.
