PORTLAND — Coastal Enterprises Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the firsttime homebuyer seminar at the following times and locations:
— Monday and Wednesday, June 16, 18, 23 and 25, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Coastal Enterprises Inc. in Portland.
— Saturdays, July 12 and 19, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Presumpscot Commons (formerly Westbrook High School), 22 Foster St., Westbrook. Registrations will not be accepted after July 3.
— Tuesday and Thursday, July 15, 17, 22 and 24, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Coastal Enterprises Inc. in Portland. Registrations will not be accepted after July 8.
The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.
Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) non-refundable charge for the seminar. To register and for more information, call 882- 5177.
