HARPSWELL — The Rev. Bruce Langford will be the guest minister at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Island Community Church on Bailey Island.

The non-denominational church is based on the teachings of the Bible and is led by a board that invites ordained ministers, lay people and chaplains to celebrate the service.

Outreach and community service are important aspects of the church mission. Communion is offered monthly on the first Sunday.

Also scheduled to minister to this month are the Rev. Kitty Babson on June 15, the Rev. Bennett Barnes on June 22 and the Rev. Brad Mitchell on June 29.
