Portland police said there is nothing suspicious about the death Wednesday afternoon of a man whose body was found inside his apartment at 30 Preble St. in downtown Portland.

Sgt. Joe Ezepek said the man appears to have died from a medical condition.

Ezepek said an evidence technician was sent to the building to gather evidence, which is routine whenever there is an unattended death.
