“THE PAST,” directed by Asghar Farhadi.

Iranian director Farhadi brings us this drama about an Iranian man (Ali Mosaffa) who travels to France to meet his ex-wife (Bérénice Bejo) and discovers that she is in a relationship with a man (Tahar Rahim) whose own wife is in a coma.

There are many children involved – not all of whom approve of these arrangements – and the drama heats up when one of the daughters reveals something terrible that she has done.
