Santa was a special passenger on the Amtrak Downeaster for the Freeport Sparkle Weekend’s sold-out holiday train ride, a round trip to Brunswick. The Dec. 7 excursion also brought hundreds of children and parents and singers from the Freeport Community Chorus.
