PORTLAND — E2Tech will hold its annual membership meeting on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 7:15 to 9:30 a.m. at the Wishcamper Center, University of Southern Maine, 34 Bedford St. in Portland.

Along with celebrating the accomplishments of the past year, members will elect new officers and board of directors members.

Following the annual meeting, this month’s forum will consist of a discussion of the proposed revisions to Maine’s 20-year-old mining rules.
