She was born in Waterville in 1938, attended Waterville High School and Colby College. She married Laurent “Larry” Roy and was employed in the chemistry lab at Maine Medical Center.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Lincoln Street, Bath, followed by a reception at the church.
