FREEPORT — Chronic pain self-management classes are set for Tuesdays, 1 to 3:30 p.m., at the Casco Bay YMCA Branch, 14 Old South Freeport Road.

The workshop is a program of the Southern Maine Agency on Aging in partnership with Pineland YMCA under licensure from the Stanford University School of Medicine.
