ROCKLAND — On Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 5:30 p.m., the Farnsworth Art Museum will present “A Conversation with Jamie Wyeth.” The program, in conjunction with the exhibition “Every Picture Tells a Story-N.C. Wyeth Illustrations from the Brandywine River Museum” on display at the museum’s Wyeth Center through Dec. 29, will take place at The Strand Theatre in Rockland.

Farnsworth chief curator Michael K. Komanecky will talk with Jamie Wyeth about his thoughts on his grandfather, as an illustrator and painter, the challenge of doing book illustrations, which Jamie has also done, and the influence N.C. has had on his own work.

The fee for this program is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
