TOPSHAM — Twenty Girl Scouts from neighboring troops gathered at Mid-Coast Presbyterian Church in Topsham recently to work on their “My Promise, My Faith” pin.

 

 

The girls studied the connection between the Girl Scout Law and their faith traditions. They also heard stories from the pastor, the Rev. Diane Hoppe-Hugo, and troop leaders Tami Fisher, Gladys Szabo and Allison Pratt on how each faithfully live out their lives according to the Girl Scout Law.

The Scouts also chose three inspirational quotes by women and created posters to share with each other. At the end of the event, each Scout received her “My Promise, My Faith” pin.
