BATH — In response to patron requests, Patten Free Library has resurrected its adult summer reading club.
The “By Popular Demand” book group will have its first meeting at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, in the library’s conference room.
Morse High School English teacher Johnna Stanton will lead the discussion of Ray Bradbury’s “Fahrenheit 451.”
Additional “celebrity facilitators” will include library trustee Susan Beegel and Morse High English teachers David Ingmundson and Brian Stanton, who have each chosen a favorite title for the group to read.
Copies of all selections are available at the library and through the Minerva borrowing system. For the complete schedule, visit www.patten .lib.me.us.
