HARRIET BEECHER STOWE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Brunswick hosted its first HBS Variety Show on March 29, with more than 400 people in attendance. “The kids were amazing,” said director Teresa Gillis. “It was a huge success, filled with a wonderful community spirit.” Among the acts was a skit by second-grade mimes Elise Gillis, left, and Ellie Sullivan.
