TOPSHAM

Four School Administrative District 75 students are headed Friday, April 5 to the statelevel Geographic Bee in Farmington, one step closer to a $25,000 college scholarship.

School-level winners of National Geographic Bee contests in January were Trevor Brown, grade 5, Bowdoinham Community School; Andrew Chamberland and Lily Collier, both grade 4 at Woodside Elementary School, Topsham; and longtime competitor Haven Cutko, a Mt. Ararat Middle School eighth-grader, Topsham.

They will go head-to-head with 100 students from around the state in Farmington to represent Maine at the National Geographic Bee, May 22 in Washington, D.C.

Editor’s note: This version was changed to reflect the correct school for Trevor Brown.
