WISCASSET — The Northern Forest Canoe Trail continues sponsorship of Rapid Media’s Reel Paddling Film Festival World Tour 2013 with an April 5 event at Chewonki Foundation.

The film festival showcases the best paddling films from around the world. Proceeds from the event support the Northern Forest Canoe Trail and Chewonki.

Attendees can enter a free raffle to win a lightweight 2013 Chebeague kayak made by Lincoln Canoe & Kayak of Freeport.

The film festival features award-winning films in 10 categories. The April 5 screening starts at 7 p.m. on the Chewonki campus. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at http://bit.ly/WhrP6e.
