She was born in New York City in December of 1949, the daughter of Robert and Nyna Singer Victor. Ms. Victor graduated from Oakland University and received a BA in Education. She was married for 41 years to Paul Dostie.
Jill was very active in Brunswick organizations and committees. Most recently she directed programming at People Plus and served on the Brunswick Master Plan committee.
She is survived by her husband Paul, her mother Nyna Victor, and her brother Bruce Victor and his wife Deborah Jennings. Interment will be at New Cedars Cemetery in Paramus, New Jersey on Sunday, March 10.
Jill’s family ask that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Curtis Memorial Library, 23 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, Maine.
