Navy Seaman Matthew R. Libby, son of Kimberly M. and John A. Libby of Freeport, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Libby is a 2008 graduate of Cheverus High School of Portland.
