RICHMOND — The Richmond High School Drama Club will present it’s annual spring musical, “Lucky Stiff,” tonight and Saturday at the Marcia Buker Elementary School. Both performances begin at 7 p.m.
A news release describes the play as follows:
Harry (Julien Leavitt), a mild-mannered British shoe salesman, stands to inherit $6 million from a dead uncle but must first take the corpse on a dream vacation to Monte Carlo.
Along the way, he meets his uncle’s near-sighted mistress (Maggie Robbins), her highstrung optometrist brother (Travis Robbins), and the beautiful representative of the Universal Dog Home of Brooklyn (Sydney Choate), the charity that will receive the $6 million if Harry fails in his responsibilities as tour guide.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets can be reserved by calling Jon Spear at 737-4348 ext. 2017.
