FREEPORT – An estimated 140 people shook off the cold and gathered at Linda Bean’s Maine Kitchen and Topside Tavern in Freeport for a networking opportunity sponsored by the Greater Freeport Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday.
The three-hour event featured culinary creations from Maine Kitchen and Topside Tavern Executive Chef Andrew Omo and was a “tri-chamber” happening, with neighboring chambers from Yarmouth and the Southern Midcoast both participating.
“The networking opportunities are excellent with these occasional three chamber events,” said Carolyn Krahn, interim executive director for the Greater Freeport Chamber of Commerce.
