PORTLAND – Rachel Wallace and Sarah Martens each scored twice as the Scarborough girls hockey team beat Falmouth 5-1 on Saturday at the Cumberland County Civic Center.
Martens added two assists and Wallace one, and Sam Nablo put in the fifth and final goal, as the top-ranked Storm went to 13-1-1 on the year.
Alyse Bazinet scored the lone goal for Falmouth (11-6), giving the Yachtsmen the early lead. The Storm clung to a 2-1 lead heading into the final frame before scoring three goals to go home with a comfortable win.
