SCARBOROUGH – Scarborough WinterFest 2013 took place Saturday at the town ice rink and athletic complex, with everyone gratefully noting that conditions for the annual event were much more tolerable than last year’s Arctic temperatures. Though the fireworks were cancelled early due to the wind, a wide variety of events for a wide variety of ages and interests still took place, with an emphasis on family participation.
