FREEPORT — South Freeport Church is sponsoring a a barbecue dinner and auction Saturday to benefit its Bell Tower Fund. The meal will be held at Freeport Community Center from 6 to 10 p.m. There will be live bluegrass music, a cash bar, dinner, and live and silent auctions. The cost is $20 in advance (call 865-4012) or $25 at the door.
